What are your costs for investigative services?
Our Detective Agency in Jaipur offer free of cost consultation where we discuss our daily rates and the overall approximate cost of the case. The cost of our services will not exceed the agreed on budget, unless that budget is changed by mutual agreement. This can occur as information is developed and the direction of the case changes.

Are there any upfront fees?
A retainer is required from most new clients who approach our Detective Agency.

What types of services do you offer?
Our Private Detective Agency in India offers all types of services. For a comprehensive list see our Services page. If your investigation need is not listed, call us anyway. Because there is nothing that our private Investigators do not do.

Are you discreet?
YES! All information is completely confidential. Indian law prohibits a detective agency or its employees from divulging any information about any case without express permission of its employer (client) or through an authorized tribunal.

I have a question regarding, skip-tracing. My biological father left my mother and me 48 years ago. I know his approximate age only and his exact last name for that moment. How much will that cost me and what is the success rate to find my father?
Before our team of private investigators in India starts the skip tracing we will sign a contract with you. That contract will regulate the exact sum of our honorarium and other terms. Our usual condition is that you should submit your payment to our account only after you make sure that the person we found is your real biological father.

I am a private person. Do I need to sign a contract with your Private Detective Agency in India?

Our company would like to sign a contract with your Detective Agency. How can we do that if we are in another country?
There is a standard procedure of concluding a contract by mail (regular mail). You need just to print one copy of the contract, sign it (companies should also put their seal) and send it to our office by registered mail. Our Detective Agency in India will sign it upon receipt and send back to you.

I have been charged with a crime? Should I hire a private investigator?
Yes! A private investigator may be very useful to your case, it should be coordinated through an attorney so that you preserve the client- attorney privilege. If at least the reports don't go through an attorney, a grand jury or a trial subpoena can obtain the entire private investigator's file, some of which could be damaging to you. When a detective is reporting to an attorney and assisting the attorney in the rendition of legal services, the material is privileged and exempt from being subpoenaed in most circumstances.

How long will it take to complete my case?
Once Private detective agency has the details of the operation we will be able to give you a time-scale projection. It depends on the extend/depth of the investigation/verification of the claim/case. Some operations take days, some weeks and some months. It is contingent on the complexity of the case, but the knowledge & experience of our private detectives allows us to supply you with a realistic time-scale.

How will I receive the report?
You may collect your report personally from our office or our Private Detective Agency (Licensed) can send it by regular mail, fax or e-mail. Documents that are obtained as part of a case can also be sent via the same methods. Stills photographs can be scanned and sent as e-mail or on disk if required and video footage can be sent in the usual format or CD.
