Post – Employment Verification :- A corporate client asked our Detective Agency in India to investigate allegations of theft among its workforce, even though the company had security guards and CCTV. We duly deployed a covert operative within the team that was under suspicion to obtain evidence to aid legal action and dismissal.

Our private investigator, a female operative, a former police officer was able to (with the aid of electronic eavesdropping devices and physical evidence) gain the intelligence needed to support a prosecution.

The result in this case was prosecution of both security and company personnel. Some of the stolen property was also obtained and returned.

CASE STUDY TWO

Corporate Intelligence :- An existing corporate client telephoned our offices late one Friday evening requesting an urgent meeting due to the fact that he suspected that his business partner was using their offices, facilities and finance to launch his own business.

Our detectives at Jaipur were tasked to carry out an in depth investigation into this individual, his personal finances and to obtain intelligence via investigation and electronic surveillance in order to obtain leverage to force a resignation or face prosecution. Our private investigators were able to obtain information from the client’s computer and telephone system, thus providing recordings of conversations and also emails proving that the target was indeed going into competition with his, at that time, business partner.

As a result of our discreet private investigation we were able to provide enough evidence to force the Director to resign. He willingly took that option rather than going through lengthy legal channels.

Competitive Intelligence :- One of our corporate clients had suspicions about one of its competitors gaining intelligence on sales and product development activities, a security breach that could lead to the company at best losing crores, at worst the company’s future.

We planted a number of undercover operatives within the company’s structure, from cleaning staff; warehouse and management in order to pin point the area of weakness and to uncover those carrying out espionage work.

Our private investigation in Jaipur quickly lead us to a member of the management who was discovered to be related to one of the senior directors of the company’s competitors.

Post – Matrimonial :- Mr. S. Kumar trusted his wife completely until he noticed a change in his wife’s attitude toward him. He contacted our detective agency, in Jaipur. After a thorough investigation it was revealed to the husband that the wife was having an affair with a co-worker who was also married. Mr. Kumar was given sufficient proof to support this and to get a divorce.

CASE STUDY FIVE

Insurance Claim Verification :- An 18-year-old policyholder lodged a claim for her car, stolen from outside a community hall. Our Private Investigator revealed that the claimant had driven her vehicle after a function at the hall, left the road and collided with a power pole that completely damaged the vehicle. She panicked and left the scene, later deciding to report the vehicle as stolen. The claim, for 96,000, was declined and a formal complaint lodged with the Police. Our private detective’s costs were paid by the insurance company.
